Other Information Delivery: For larger items such cookers, washing machines and fridge freezers etc, delivery will be to the front door of the delivery location (ground floor only), except where hand-pulled pallet truck access is not possible.  In circumstances where access is not possible, delivery will be to curb side only.  If you anticipate access issues for hand-pulled pallet trucks or heavy good vehicles, please contact us to discuss your concerns prior to making a purchase. Delivery Surcharges: A £25 surcharge is payable for larger items delivered on a pallet to Scotland, Inner London and the South Coast.  These charges do not apply to medium sized parcels sent via Parcelforce or smaller parcels sent via Royal Mail.
