Delivery Surcharges: A £25 surcharge is payable for larger items delivered on a pallet to Scotland, Inner London and the South Coast.  These charges do not apply to medium sized parcels sent via Parcelforce or smaller parcels sent via Royal Mail. Additional Delivery Charges: In the event that delivery cannot take place because you are not at home, redelivery charges will apply for pallet deliveries.
